PathLoc-TM Expandable TLIF/PLIF Cage System is composed of titanium alloy which helps to restore disc height, segmental lordosis, and stability, while offering a customized fit for each patient’s unique anatomy.
PathLoc-TM have starting heights of 8, 10, and 12mm, with capability of expanding up to 4mm in height. To offer a more customized fit for each patient, PathLoc-TM cages are available in lordosis of 0°, 4°, 8°, 12°, 15° and 20°.
Additionally, a unique inserter/expander with height expansion indicator allows for confirmation of height expansion. When used with the torque-limiting handle, it helps mitigate over-distraction or endplate violation.

H-GENIN Putty is intended for use as a demineralized bone matrix for voids or gaps that are not intrinsic to the stability of the bony structure. Putty is indicated for the treatment of surgically created bone defects or bone defects created from traumatic injury.
H-GENIN Putty provides a moldable consistency and can be mixed with blood or bone marrow. H-GENIN Putty is used as a bone void filler or extender in posterolateral fusion procedures. The Putty has excellent handling characteristics and resists washing away when irrigated.

Cancellous bone has higher osteogenic and osteoinductive properties than cortical bone. The structure of cancellous bone allows rapid revascularization of the graft. As a bone void filler, cancellous chips are also capable of providing an osteoconductive matrix.
Cancellous chips available in various particle size ranges (0.5 – 1mm, 1 – 4mm, and 4 – 10mm) and fill sizes (0.5, 1, 2.5, 5, 10, 15, 30, and 60cc).
