Miles is a seasoned medical device professional with extensive experience developing, marketing, and distributing novel orthopedic and neurosurgical technologies.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and a Masters of Business Administration in Health Care.

Mr. Rafols, is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare and medical device industry. His business background demonstrates a successful sales executive, experienced in global sales & channel distribution, product launches, strategic market evaluation, start-ups and turnarounds within the medical device industry.

Mr. Rafols is individual who is an internationalist, understanding and respecting global business cultures, is tri-lingual with excellent communication skills. Mr. Rafols hold a double degree in BS in Business Marketing and BA in Political Science from East Carolina University.
